sessions
The details
It's not even December and you're already done.
You're the one remembering the presents, the teacher gifts, the food shop, who's going where on Boxing Day and whose turn it is to host. You're holding Christmas together for everyone. And nobody is holding you.
It's not you.
It's your nervous system.
You're not weak, dramatic or bad at coping. Your nervous system has been stuck on high alert for so long it thinks this is normal.
That's why positive thinking doesn't touch it. That's why "just relax" makes you want to throw something. You can't think your way into calm. Your body has to learn it.
And it can learn. Fast. That's exactly what we're doing.
By 21 December, you're the calm one.
What you're getting
This is for you if
- You're the one everyone leans on, and you're running on empty
- You want to actually feel calm, not just look it
- You've tried the apps, the tips and the "just relax" advice, and you're done
- You want practical tools, not fluffy wellness waffle
- You can give yourself one hour on a Monday morning (yes, you can)
It's not for you if
- You want a quick fix you never have to practise
- You're in crisis right now and need one to one support. Get in touch and we'll find the right option for you.

Questions
December is coming either way.
You can spend it frazzled, snapping and counting down to January. Or you can spend it calm, steady and actually present.
Same Christmas. Different you.
