A few things you might be wondering
Do I need any experience with breathwork or relaxation?
None at all. The sessions are designed to be accessible whether you're a complete beginner or you've been practicing for years.
What if I can't make a live session?
Life happens. We'll let you know in advance what's coming up so you can plan around it. Replays may be available — we'll confirm this at launch.
Is this therapy?
No — and that's not what it's designed to be. The Reset Room is a supportive wellbeing space. If you're working through something significant, Caroline's 1:1 work or the S.E.C.U.R.E. Method™ programme might be a better fit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No awkward emails, no lock-in, no guilt. This is meant to feel good, not like another obligation.
